This very short visit to Lombok, Bandung and Bogor is due to the fact that the necessary KITAS extension could not be processed unless I would personally and physically be in Indonesia - not even the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Netherlands could assist in acknowledging the advice of my cardiologist. So, despite the risk of suffering heartfailure either during the flight or presently during my prolonged visit to my beloved home country, I am fulfilling tasks inherent to the activities of Yayasan Kebon Sepatu, and pending investigations of our affiliated PT Sasak Studio Sejati PMA.
It needs to be clarified that the prime motivation of setting up this Consultancy is to enable the Yayasan to generate funds to pay for her projects, in order to be autonomous and not be in any way dependent on Governmental institutions to provide us with financial aid.... so far - and specifically because of the disastrous effects of COVID, we have not yet been succesful, and all projects supported by Yayasan Kebon Sepatu are funded from private means.
I am, however so proud and happy to feel myself surrounded by such wonderful teammembers, who have supported me throughout the existence of Yayasan Kebon Sepatu in Lombok, and their loyal and valuable feedback in order to continue the Aims and Visions.... for this I am eternally grateful.
